Produced on December 18, 2019 from ancient tea trees in Yunnan, this ripe (shou) compressed Pu'er has been quietly maturing for over six years. Good Pu'er, kept well, only gets smoother with age.

How to brew: one 8 g portion per session. Give the leaves a quick rinse with boiling water, then steep at 95-100°C and re-steep as you go.
